Embarking on a journey in the Brisbane property market spanning almost three decades, my passion for real estate has become a lifelong commitment. The thrill of discovering properties that promise strong growth, excellent rental potential, or simply a high-quality living experience at the right price is my passion.

Beyond my own personal investments and renovation ventures, I’ve evolved into the go-to person for friends, family, colleagues, and their connections seeking guidance in their property endeavours. Over the years, I’ve offered valuable insights, from advice on the merits of different suburbs to providing analytical price advice. Whether it’s negotiating a deal, bidding at auction, or working through development concepts, assisting others in navigating their property acquisitions has always been something I love.

My constant pursuit of our next ‘perfect property’ led my husband to suggest redirecting my energy towards helping others. Hence, Sally Phillips Property was born.

Prior to embarking on a professional career in Property I spent 25 years with Austrade and the Queensland Governments supporting Australian trade and investment overseas as Consul and Trade Commissioner in Japan as well as directing Qld operations and nationally managing our Free Trade Agreement utilisation program.

Since 2022, I’ve been dedicated to serving as a Buyers Agent, guiding many clients in finding their dream homes and investment properties from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast.
